1. Discover your key career influences and experiences and how they inform your career choices.
2. Explore and assess your personal and professional values and how they influence your satisfaction and fulfillment.
3. Engage in group discussion and individual reflection to help you create an action plan to define the next steps in your career exploration.
4. Learn about how to use your results to more powerfully tell your work-life story during your job search; when writing your resume and answering interview questions.
